About GWAS Integrator
The GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Study) Integrator provides robust search and analytic functionalities for all published GWAS studies that are available in the GWAS catalog curated by the National Human Genome Research Institute. Query-based USCS Genome Browser custom tracks are generated dynamically based on user-selected GWAS hits. Proxy SNPs and candidate genes from the HuGE Navigator are integrated to further explore potential associations between GWAS hits and diseases/traits of interest. The data are compiled based on the GWAS Catalog, HapMap, SNAP and the HuGE Navigator.
