The prevalence of diagnosed diabetes was lower in metropolitan areas only among those aged 35–49 years (5.3% versus 7.7%) and aged 50–64 years (13.3% versus 16.3%). The prevalence of diagnosed diabetes increased with age overall, from 1.3% among adults aged 18–34 years to 20.1% among adults aged ≥65 years, and in both metropolitan and nonmetropolitan areas. |

Adults without disabilities were more likely to be very satisfied (46.8%) or satisfied (50.3%) with their life than dissatisfied (2.4%) or very dissatisfied (0.5%). Adults with disabilities were more likely to be satisfied with their life (61.2%) compared with very satisfied (20.5%), dissatisfied (14.2%), or very dissatisfied (4.1%). Adults without disabilities were more likely than adults with disabilities to be very satisfied with their life. Conversely, adults with disabilities were more likely than adults without disabilities to be satisfied, dissatisfied, or very dissatisfied. |

Women were more likely than were men to have received an influenza vaccination among Asian (61.0% versus 50.7%), Black (40.6% versus 30.1%), Hispanic (43.5% versus 35.9%), and White (51.5% versus 43.4%) adults. Among men, Black adults were the least likely to have received an influenza vaccination during the past 12 months compared with Asian, Hispanic, and White adults. Among women, Black and Hispanic adults were less likely to have received an influenza vaccination during the past 12 months than were Asian and White adults. |

Diagnosis of a concussion or brain injury increased with age, from 1.0% among those aged 0–5 years to 2.3% among those aged 6–11 years, and 5.9% among those aged 12–17 years. Percentages were higher for boys than girls overall (3.7% versus 2.6%), among those aged 6–11 years (3.0% versus 1.6%), and those aged 12–17 years (6.9% versus 4.9%) but were similar by sex among those aged 0–5 years (1.0% versus 1.1%). |
